You’ve spent years building your plane and meticulously planned every aspect of your project, now it’s time for the one thing that EVERYONE will see, the paint! Our attention to every detail and dedication to taking your build to the next level is what separates Evoke from the pack. Our team of experienced aircraft painting artisans will ensure your build is the envy of the airport. We stand behind the Signature Series stamp of approval and guarantee to always use the highest quality products and latest technology. Our mission is to consistently deliver the best looking paint work in the industry and ensure your investment is protected for years to come.

 

EVOKE SIGNATURE SERIES

The Evoke Signature Series is more than just a placard, it’s a promise. Every aircraft designed by our Evoke Aircraft Design team and brought to life by our experienced technicians will receive its own unique Signature Series number and Evoke quality, guaranteed. We take pride in every step of the process and the end results are proof that we live up to our promises.

Each quarter we will be assigning the next (up to) 6 completed and flying planes on the waitlist a drop-off date and Evoke Signature Series number. We will be checking registration numbers on FlightAware to verify flying status, and we will contact you to confirm that your plane is ready for paint. You will be granted access to our online schedule portal upon design payment. Our portal will be updated regularly to reflect which planes are ready for paint and dropping off the next quarter.

Meticulous Disassembly & Documentation

  • Every aircraft is carefully photographed and cataloged to ensure seamless reassembly.

  • Aluminum surfaces are expertly prepared, sanded, etched, and treated with alodine.

  • Each rivet is individually brushed to eliminate contaminants.

  • All surfaces are primed with Axalta Aviation Series Epoxy Primer for superior adhesion and corrosion protection.

Precision Composite Work – 120 Hours Included

  • Final composite fitment and precise gap spacing for a flawless finish.

  • Windscreen, rear cabin top, and control surface tips are smoothed and faired to perfection.

  • Seamless transitions from doors to fuselage.

  • Pinhole filling and rigorous inspection until all imperfections are eliminated.

  • Includes up to four colors and any standard stripe design.

Exceptional Paint Quality with a 3-Year Limited Warranty

  • No visible paint lines—everything is polished smooth and finished with Aviation Polyurethane Clear.

  • Painted placards ensure longevity—no wear over time.

  • Custom-painted wing walks in any color and design.

  • The entire aircraft is meticulously sanded and buffed to a mirror-like finish.

  • All stainless hardware is upgraded with new components.

Final Refinements & Attention to Detail

  • Chafe tape installed in high-wear areas to prevent abrasion.

  • Exterior windows and lenses polished to crystal clarity.

  • Detail rings painted around light lenses for a refined touch.

  • Fresh sealant applied around windows and antennas for lasting durability.

  • Professional-grade photography captures your aircraft’s flawless new look.

 

ADDITIONAL CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS

Need assistance with complex composite work? We've got you covered. If you have questions about additional bodywork or paint costs, please reach out before your drop-off—we’re happy to help.

  • Advanced door fitment and modifications, including proper gap cutting, glassing transitions, and trimming inner doors.

  • Extended composite work, such as part fabrication, damage repair (e.g., cracked wheel pants), new composite construction, and major fitment corrections.

  • Airbrushing and custom artwork to bring your vision to life.

  • Specialty pattern work, including carbon fiber textures, hexagons, and other intricate designs.

  • Custom paint effects, such as smooth color fades and advanced blending techniques.

  • Expanded color options beyond four colors.

ALL ADDITIONAL WORK is quoted and approved at drop-off, billed at $65/hr.

Our mirror-smooth finish is unmatched, thanks to the extensive prep work we perform before the first coat of paint is even applied. Achieving this level of perfection is a detailed and time-intensive process. Every imperfection is addressed before painting, ensuring your aircraft looks far from “homebuilt.” Our current billable hourly rate is significantly lower than many everyday services, yet the value of our skilled aircraft painting specialists far exceeds industry norms. We maintain these competitive rates by keeping overhead costs low and making sure to only move the company in directions that keep us at peak efficiency while maintaining the industry’s “gold standard”.

Our material costs cover everything from sandpaper and primers to high-quality paint and precision paint masks. We continuously collaborate with suppliers to keep costs as low as possible while maintaining our commitment to using only the best materials. The result? A premium paint job for your Van’s RV at the most competitive price possible.
